A nonprofit consulting firm and social impact studio.
Little Bit of Good is a nonprofit consulting firm and social impact studio that partners with funders, institutions, and nonprofits to build stronger, more sustainable, and more equitable organizations.
Our work is grounded in an intentional focus on Black-led and Black-serving organizations, recognizing their historic underinvestment and their vital role in driving community outcomes. By centering these leaders, we strengthen the entire nonprofit ecosystem, ensuring that equity is not just a goal, but the method through which sustainable change is achieved.
Little Bit of Good operates with the discipline of a strategy consultancy and the heart of a community organization. For paying partners, we are a strategic partner in designing, facilitating, and evaluating programs that multiply impact. Every client engagement fuels free programming for grassroots leaders, so our partnerships fund the work that uplifts under-resourced and Black-led organizations.
Built to close the gap.
Little Bit of Good was born out of a deep understanding of the challenges facing nonprofits, especially Black-led and historically underfunded organizations, when it comes to building capacity, securing funding, and sustaining impact. What started as a recognition of systemic inequities in philanthropy quickly evolved into an intentional movement to bridge these gaps and create long-term solutions.
We recognized a pattern: Black-led nonprofits, despite their deep community roots and transformational work, consistently received fewer resources, faced structural barriers to sustainability, and struggled to scale their impact. This inequity wasn't about a lack of talent, vision, or leadership. It was about access.
Little Bit of Good launched in 2022 with a mission to strengthen and sustain nonprofits by equipping them with the tools, resources, and support needed to expand their impact and overcome systemic barriers. Founded by Monique Parker, we focus on capacity-building, funding equity, and community-building strategies that help organizations not just survive, but thrive.
