We're a nonprofit consulting firm and social impact studio. Every client engagement funds free, practical support for Black-led and equity-centered groups, so the way you show up here, by giving, lending a skill, or talking it through, turns directly into capacity for the leaders doing the work.
Every contribution funds free programming.
A check, an hour, or a co-hosted event, it all lands with a Black-led or equity-centered nonprofit that can use it. When these leaders are well-resourced, entire communities thrive.
