For funders & institutions — we design and deliver customized capacity-building programs for grantees and community partners, provide the evaluation, reporting, and facilitation that make investments measurable and sustainable, and help build philanthropic ecosystems that better support Black-led and equity-centered organizations.
For nonprofits & nonprofit leaders — we offer operational and strategic consulting that strengthens internal systems and leadership, support program development, evaluation, and growth planning, and take on special projects that help you clarify direction, measure progress, and tell your story.
